We leave promptly at 9:00 from our rear deck. If you need a good cup of coffee or muffin, the Lazy Bean Cafe is just a few steps away.

Riders who show up for a 3RDnature ride in full 3RDnature kit are entitled to a free cup of Lazy Bean's amazingly good coffee (Way better than anything you'll get in Nyack). Just think, over time this could pay for the cost of our way comfortable, and very chic, Capo Forma cyclingwear.
