A helmet will make your noggin more aerodynamic, too! Sailboats will put a jib sail in front of the main sail to form a narrow corridor for the wind to pass through. This creates a low pressure area that, quite literally, sucks the boat forward. This is one way sailboats can move faster than the wind that is propelling them.

LAS took this principle and, in effect, put a jib on a helmet. The low pressure area pulls air through the helmet much better than vents alone. It's so simple, and revolutionary, we wonder it hasn't been done before. If you ride in hot weather, this is the closest thing yet to having a lightweight personal air conditioner. And the aerator can be ordered in several different finishes and have custom art applied. On top of that, or actually underneath, the helmet is suspended by a hammock that envelops your head, making this, hands down, the most comfortable helmet we've ever worn.
