You get a free training ride with Emma. She'll teach you the fundametals of your new bike. Including shifting, braking, bike handling and basic riding techniques.

You are also invited to attend the free monthly group refresher session hosted by Michael McTigue. We will go over bike safety, basic bike maintenance and repair. We will discuss bike routes in the area and answer questions.
